Returns in a business based on personalized items are exceptionally difficult. “Personalized” means our work is done to your specifications, tailored to your design tastes, and engraved with a name, logo, or other special mark of your choosing. We can’t accept returns on items that have been personalized. This is because we can’t put them back into inventory and expect another customer to love the design that you approved but didn’t meet expectations upon delivery. In the rare instance an item is suitable for resale to another customer, we will consider returns at our discretion.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Return Policy
You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving the work. Item eligibility for return is at the sole discretion of the Company. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. This includes any one-of-a-kind pieces, or any production pieces that have customized to your specifications.

How to Return Eligible Items
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
1. Contact us by either emailing us at [email protected] or calling 812-250-8686 to obtain return instructions.
2. We will provide You with a shipping return label, though You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.
If you are returning a product and we mutually agree it was defective, or we shipped you an item that You did not order, We will pay the return-shipping costs.
Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. Items Damaged in Transit
